PHOTOGRAPHY Origins: A Photographic Tale of Relations Between the UK and India at the British Council
This exhibition is the culmination of PhotoUK-India, a collaboration between the Alkazi Foundation for the Arts and the British Council to promote the work of photographers from both countries. The images, which also form part of a publication called Origins, bring together narrative-based photographs “about family formations, histories, travel, metropolitanism, journalism”. ART & PHOTOGRAPHY Tales and Fables from India & Japan: Animation, Film & Photography at The Japan Foundation
Works by 19 Indian and Japanese animators, filmmakers and photographers make up this exhibition, which aims to serve as “an anthology of tales and contemporary approaches in storytelling from the two countries”. See here for details.

PHOTOGRAPHY Imagining The Isle Across: Vintage Photography from Ceylon at the National Museum
An exhibition of photographs of Sri Lanka from the late-nineteenth century, organised in collaboration with the Archaeological Survey of India and Alkazi Foundation for the Arts. Curated by the Foundation's Rahaab Allana, the show is a collateral event of the upcoming Delhi Photo Festival. Tickets are priced at Rs 20 per head for Indians and Rs 650 per head (inclusive of the audio tour) for foreigners. See here for more information.

PHOTOGRAPHY Prabuddha Dasgupta: A Journey at the National Gallery of Modern Art
An exhibition of images by the late photographer. Tickets are priced at Rs 20 for Indians above the age of 18 and Rs 500 for adult foreign nationals. There is no entry fee for students and visitors below the age of 18.
