Delhi working to deregulate business, says PM

Amid demands that members of Parliament should not be allowed to decide their own salaries, the government has proposed to set up a three-member panel to recommend the pay and perks of lawmakers. MPs currently receives a salary of Rs 50,000 a month, along with other allowances.
BJP demands Virbhadra resignation after CBI raids
A day after Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh’s houses were raided by the Central Bureau of Investigation in a disproportionate assets case, the state Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday sought his resignation on moral grounds. However, the Congress Legislature Party offered Singh his support and adopted a resolution condemning the raids.
