Such messages have invited media attention earlier as well, and paeans have been written on his handwriting on the basis of various photographs of his messages in various visitors' books that are routinely tweeted by @PMOIndia or @MEAIndia during his foreign tours.
For example: Here's Proof That Narendra Modi Writes As Brilliantly As He Speaks and In Pics: Modi's handwriting surprises everyone; see the handwriting of all our PMs'
What is perplexing, however, is that the handwriting seems to change from message to message:

Narendra Modi has a well-deserved reputation for his oratory and is known to tailor his message based on the audience he is addressing. Could it be that he also has the ability to try out different styles of handwriting? Or is there a simpler explanation: that these messages are written by some accompanying official and the prime minister only appends his signature? Our investigations reveal that the question seems to be perplexing many on Twitter as well, though clearly the following is patently untrue, as evidenced by Thursday's tweet:

18:44, May 14, 2015: The @MEAIndia twitter handle, of course, seems to give the impression that Vikas Swaroop tweeted all the older tweets as well, whereas he became the external affairs ministry spokesperson only recently, on April 19. The earlier tweets were actually by Syed Akbaruddin, the previous spokesperson.
20:25, May 14, 2015: . Incidentally, a few days ago, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi had yet again provided proof that he is quite the opposite of Modi and definitely writes messages with his own hand, with a little help from his mobile phone.

23:41, May 14, 2015: It has been pointed out that on being complimented for his handwriting with reference to the White House message, Modi had clarified:
@manojsirsa @Himachals_Pride How I wish it was...but unfortunately this is not my handwriting. Have not been blessed with a good handwriting
