The Rainbow Lit Fest: Queer and Inclusive is owned and run by the Dwijen Dinanath Arts Foundation. The Foundation functions in the area of facilitating and curating platforms related to gender, sexuality, arts and the independent music space.
It announced the winners of its 2025 awards on December 7, on the final day of the festival.
Historian Saleem Kidwai (1951–2021) was given the Lifetime Achievement award.

Nonfiction: All Our Loves: Journeys with Polyamory in India, Arundhati Ghosh, Aleph Book Company
Feature of the year: Love and Loss in Multai, Naina Bhargava, Queerbeat.org
Op-ed of the year: Can Trans Women Ever “Identify” as Women in India?, Katyayini Saksham, Swaddle.com
