A first look at popular actor ‘Thala’ Ajith’s upcoming film ‘Viswasam’ was officially released today in the early morning hours on Twitter. The poster features Ajith in two contrasting avatars, hinting at two polar opposite character depictions. The film is directed by Siva and is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.

Sathya Jyothi Films Tweeted at 3:40 a.m. today morning alongside a poster of their next film. Ajith is touted to play the role of a cop in the film while Nayanthara is the female lead. The film also stars popular comedians Vivekh, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu and child actor Anikha, among others. The music for the film will be scored by Imman.

Popularly known as ‘Thala Ajith’, Ajith Kumar has worked previously with director Siva on projects such as Veeram, Vedalam and Vivegam. Viswasam is Ajith’s fourth collaboration with the director and the film is scheduled for a 2019 Pongal release.
