Mahindra & Mahindra has revealed images that show the cabin layout and complete interiors of its upcoming MPV, the Mahindra Marazzo. Aside from the option of 7 or 8 seats, the MPV Marazzo gets a Piano Black dashboard and dual-tone interiors, with pearl white and chrome finishes.

In other interior aspects, the Marazzo – a word that means shark in Basque, a language spoken in regions of Spain and France – features a purple-themed instrument cluster with 3D light guides and an animated colour screen.

It also gets roof air-conditioning, which the company claims will help control the cabin environment better and improve comfort. Rounding up the interior features of the Mahindra Marazzo are the contoured and shaped leatherette seats.

The Mahindra Marazzo, which was revealed at the end of July this year, and is slated for a launch this September, was codenamed U321. Several elements, on both the interiors and exteriors, are styled to mimic certain aspects of a shark.

The Marazzo will not replace any of the company’s current offerings and is not a successor to the Xylo. The MPV is built on a completely new platform.
