The run up to Xiaomi’s flagship phone, Mi A2, launch seems to be generating a lot of buzz among the fans and industry alike. The launch event is scheduled for tomorrow, August 8th, in New Delhi at 4 pm and will be live streamed. The company is also offering friends codes to 100 participants who register for the live launch event. Popularly known as F-codes, they allow individuals to avail exclusive high-priority access to Xiaomi products.

It is all well known that this will be Xiaomi’s second phone in partnership with Google and this Android One device will get all the benefits attached with the program. Not to forget, Mi A2 was launched amid much fanfare in Madrid last month along with Mi A2 Lite, the toned down version of the flagship phone.

Xioami India has already roped in several Bollywood celebrities such as Neha Sharma, Esha Gupta, Angira Dhar among others to endorse the upcoming smartphone. The technical capabilities and design elements of Mi A2 are already a common knowledge but its pricing will be the key factor to watch at the event tomorrow. The smartphone’s exceptional camera features should seal the deal once launched in India.

Mi is one of the highest selling brands in India and Xiaomi definitely will price this flagship keeping in mind the large consumer base. There is no word though on the launch of Mi A2 Lite which is a more affordable offering.
