Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER), Pune, declared the final merit list for admissions to BSc Honours courses for agriculture business management and animal husbandry on July 27th. Candidates can check the MCAER’s admission website for undergraduate courses’ admission, maha-agriadmission.in, to check if their name is on the list.
The process of admission began on July 5th and the Council declared the provisional merit list on July 19th. Candidates had until July 22nd to file grievances against the provisional merit list. The final merit list was declared after taking into account these grievances.
Here is how to check the MCAER BSc (Honours) 2018 final merit list:
- Log in to the official MCAER admission process website.
- Click on BSc (Hons) Admission section.
- Click on ‘Final Merit list 2018-19’ link.
- Alternatively click on this direct link to access the final merit list.
- The merit will be displayed which can be printed out.
As reported earlier, the Council will undertake three rounds of allotments and admissions based on those allotments. The first allotment will be declared on July 29th. The detailed schedule for MCAER counselling can also be accessed in this link.
The MCAER will conduct counselling for a total of 630 seat for BSc (Honours), 600 of which are for BSc (Honours) Agriculture Business Management and 30 for BSc (Honours) Animal Husbandry. There are a total of 12 colleges in Maharashtra providing courses on BSc (Honours) Agriculture Business Management and one college in Pune providing the course on Animal Husbandry.
