Putting an end to series of ongoing speculations, Honor India has officially confirmed the launch of Honor 9N for its scheduled July 24th launch event. It was largely speculated earlier that the Huawei-owned brand would launch the Honor 9i (2018), an upgraded version of the Indian model.
Honor India via its twitter account shared couple of teasers confirming the moniker of the device with a hashtag Honor 9N. “Beauty is not what meets the eye but an essence that is all around us”, the company tweeted. What can be identified from the teaser, the back panel of Honor 9N will get a dual rear camera setup along with with an LED flash module and a fingerprint sensor.
The company has also roped in Bollywood actress, Bhumi Pednekar, for their #NoOrdinaryBeauty campaign. The campaign encourages people to share their extraordinary stories and stand a chance to win upcoming Honor 9N. “Ordinary, is boring. Dare to break the conventions of beauty & go beyond the ordinary”, reads the tagline posted along with campaign.
The smartphone phone could also get an enhanced camera experience likely with an upgraded set of image sensors at the back and at the front. Artificial intelligence (AI) backed features can be expected too, though nothing certain on these aspects has been revealed by the company.
