The National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the University Grants Commission (UGC)-NET December 2025. Interested candidates can apply for the exam on the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in till November 7, 2025. The application correction window will open from November 10 to 12, 2025. The exam schedule will be intimated later.
UGC-NET is conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for (i) award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor (ii) Appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D. and (iii) Admission to Ph.D. only in Indian universities and colleges.
