Fifteen-time world champion Pankaj Advani advanced to the quarterfinals of the World Snooker Championship in Doha on Monday, PTI reported.
The ace cueist beat Pakistan’s Babar Masih in the last-32 before beating Keen Hoo Moh of Malaysia with a 5-3 scoreline to advance. The last-16 tie against the Malaysian included a stunning 126 break by Advani.
Advani will face Thailand’s Thanawat Tirapongpaiboon in the quartefinals later on Monday.
