The top story: India beat New Zealand by 321 runs

Cheteshwar Pujara and Ravichandran Ashwin were at the forefront of India’s 321-run conquest of New Zealand in the third Test at Indore on Tuesday. After bowling the Kiwis out for 299, India went on to make 216/3 in their second innings on the back of a brilliant unbeaten 101 by Pujara and valiant 50 by Gautam Gambhir.

And in the second innings, Ashwin once again went about doing his business to secure yet another win for India and again bagged the Man of the Match and Man of the Series awards. India needed only 44.5 overs to win the third Test with Ashwin picking up seven wickets in the innings, making it 13 for the match and 27 for the series.
